| The Somerset Homeowners Association fiscal year is Jan 1 - Dec 31. Annual SHOA membership dues for year 2012 will be due soon. Please support your neighborhood by sending your payment now. | Somerset Homeowners Association Member Dues Structure |
SHOA has two household (house address) member designations.
- ACTIVE: - Household's prior year SHOA dues were paid in full within designated time frame. Joins at the current year dues amount
- NEW: - Household's prior year SHOA dues were not paid in full within designated time frame OR is a **NEW household to Somerset. Joins at the current year dues amount plus a new member fee of $1,000
** NOTE: NEW households to Somerset, your SHOA household status, ACTIVE or NEW, will transfer to "successors in title".
