| Somerset Homeowners Association Member Dues Structure |
SHOA has two household member designations.
- ACTIVE: - Household's prior year SHOA dues were paid in full within designated time frame. Joins at the current year dues amount
- NEW: - Household's prior year SHOA dues were not paid in full within designated time frame OR is a new household to Somerest. Joins at the current year dues amount plus an new member fee of $1,000
SHOA household status, ACTIVE or NEW, will transfer to "successors in title".
